It was super easy to use your site & I was also impressed that when I had a question while on the website, I called the customer service number and someone answered the phone. Right away! A real live person! I would be more than happy to order frames again & have told my friends about the quality & ease of my experience.

David Tycho, | I ordered 12 frames middle of July. One was delivered on July 25th but the other 11 are still not here three weeks later. The delivery time is not worth the savings and there has been no communication in the meantime, so no idea what\'s going on. Not happy
