I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad

The metal prints continue to sell well and, again, the excellence of your product is a major contributing factor.
